Cards on the table, we’re regulars at Hamilton’s and that’s because it’s absolutely brilliant.
Ideal for a sit down meal with friends, a few drinks, a nightcap or a night out – it’s versatile and always has a great atmosphere. Plus, with a great menu full of classic bites and pub grub it was an easy decision to name it the winner of the Best Bar Food gong at the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2019.
We’ve eaten here a lot and we’re yet to come across a dish that doesn’t satisfy us.
The sharing boards are ideal for a date night, with cold cuts, cheese and nibbles that can be fought over.
Meanwhile, when watching a game there’s nothing better than the Hamilton’s cheeseburger – perfectly juicy, cheesy and it always vanishes quickly.
The fish and chips is no slouch either with wonderfully crispy hops-battered cod.
And where else in the city can you create you own mac ’n’ cheese, with a choice of great ingredients such as chorizo, wild mushrooms and loads more?
The stand out for us though is the scotch egg. Sure it doesn’t scream ‘fine dining’ but with wonderfully seasoned meat, a runny yolk and being big enough to share, it’s a big hit in our books and we go for it time and again.
There’s a lot to love here.
