Bar bites can be a tricky thing for venues to get right.
They’re probably not going to draw crowds by themselves, but a bad menu can leave a sour taste in your customers’ mouths. And a good menu can elevate an ordinary night out into an extra-special one.
So, if you’re like us and tend to grab a bite to eat when you’re socialising with friends, you’re going to love Zsa Zsa.
Tucked away inside the Four Seasons Hotel, this monochrome bar channels the class of the Hollywood icon it’s named after – Zsa Zsa Gabor.
The menu isn’t extensive, preferring to rely on quality rather than quantity, but portions are generous and the flavours are stunning. Take the wagyu sliders, for example. Delicious slabs of premium beef, drizzled in hot cheese, sandwiched inside soft, fluffy baps. The crispy prawns are just as impressive. The batter is light and encases the tasty shellfish without being overbearing. Then comes our favourite – truffle fries. They’re what we would call good, old-fashioned chips with a twist – big chunks of potato cooked in truffle oil and topped with shavings of cheese.
Perfect for taking the edge off your hunger as you enjoy one of the capital’s most stylish bars.
The bottom line
Dine in style with some big flavours.
