The staff at Hanoi Naturally are great, and the soups and salads would be an excellent lunch option for hungry diners, but customers will be less impressed if they’ve gone out of their way to stop by for dinner. The restaurant is barely off the mall corridor, so there is no real ambience to speak of. The Vietnamese flavours are good, but the larger dishes are less refined than the fresh summer rolls, which are the absolute highlight of the menu. As far as mall diners go, this is an okay stop off. For shoppers and lazy lunch eaters only.
