Although the décor is somewhat over the top with an abundance of lanterns and all things red and gold, China Restaurant seems to be doing something right, as it’s always bustling. There are plenty of starters, the fried chicken dumplings impress. If Chinese restaurants were judged solely on their sweet and sour chicken, Restaurant China would score highly. The chicken is satisfyingly crispy and the sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. We thoroughly recommend it.
