On Saturday, March 19, COYA Abu Dhabi is hosting a party to celebrate spring. The equinox brunch includes some of the spot’s best-loved dishes with spices and ingredients from Peru. Dishes are served sharing-style straight to the table.
The equinox brunch is happening for one day only on Saturday March 19 from 12.30pm to 4pm. The soft package is Dhs278, house package is Dhs398 and the premium package is Dhs578.
Wondering what’s on the menu? There are COYA Abu Dhabi starters available such as guacamole, classic sea bass ceviche and seared wagyu beef and tempting bites including succulent chicken skewers, crispy calamari and a selection of colourful maki rolls and tacos.
The desert platter comes filled with the restaurant’s most indulgent treats, including traditional churros with chocolate sauce, Peruvian cookies with caramel ganache, fresh berries and candied orange. Anyone else getting hungry?
