Brick Rooftop Terrace and Bar
When this place was Relax@12 it was firmly a bar, but since the renovation and re-opening as Brick Rooftop Kitchen & Bar, the focus is mainly on the food side of things. This is the type of place you can pull up a seat at a table and just order drinks, while it’s now a restaurant, there’s no real pressure to eat here (though a pizza from the brick ovens that give the venue its name is recommended).

Eclipse
We’re lucky to have a plethora of outdoor terraces in this city. Some with panoramic vistas of the sea, others with prime locations on the beach, but there’s always something appealing about watching the sun set behind the Abu Dhabi skyline from a comfortable seat with a cool drink in hand. Eclipse Terrace Lounge, at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, is the latter, enjoying wonderful views of the city, making it a prime spot for a sundowner.

Grills@Chill’O
Flanked by the towers of the hotel on three sides, the new rooftop terrace is an excellent vantage point for, you guessed it, killer sunsets. It’s a great place to spend a chilled evening with a few drinks and food. In the main dining room you can look out towards the pool and to the rear of the room a fountain. The team has done a great job of upgrading the venue: It’s modern, understated and inviting, without being too over the top.
