The popular Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi (as well as its Dubai location) is commemorating the UAE’s milestone with a three-course set menu with Emirati-meets-Indian fusion dishes such as Dibba Bay oysters topped with gold flakes and a savoury luqaimat.
