Warner Bros. hotel opening in Abu Dhabi this year

People this is not a drill – Warner Bros. is about to open a hotel on Yas Island.

The WB Abu Dhabi, which will be under the management of Hilton when it throws open its doors to the world, is expected to be ready for staycations at the end of 2021.

Based next door to Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi theme park, the hotel is expected to feature some 257 rooms over eight levels with décor celebrating the film production company’s history and library.

Get ready for WB-themed restaurants, an eforea spa and fitness centre and rooftop pool perfect for those Insta-winning shots of Yas Island.

And there’s plenty for the kids, too. The WB Abu Dhabi will be family-friendly with kids’ getting their very own pool and kids’ club, which means mum and dad can get in some necessary R&R time while the tots are kept occupied.

The hotel will also be close by to other Yas Island attractions including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld and CLYMB Abu Dhabi.

And it’s not the only exciting news for Warner Bros. brand in Abu Dhabi this month.

The theme park will be once again hosting the Women of Warner night on Tuesday July 13, where the biggest and best-known female Warner characters will be honoured for the evening.

Taking place from 6pm to 10pm, guests will be given the Hollywood treatment upon their entry with a red carpet laid out and flashing lights that you would expect at a movie awards ceremony.

Entry is Dhs230 and a DJ will pump up the energy as ladies take on more than 30 state-of-the-art rides and attractions.
