For the health conscious, the idea of ordering a juicy burger is usually off-putting. While there is no proof that Burgerhood’s burgers are healthier, they certainly taste less greasy without losing the flavour, which will appeal to many. The ‘make your own burger’ menu isn’t the longest, but all the basics to put a tasty offering together are there including beef, chicken and portobello mushroom. The only issue is that you can’t buy a meal here, you’ll have to buy your burger, fries and drink separate, so the cost racks up quickly. The diner itself is also somewhat sterile; white walls and furniture is the colour scheme, with only televisions showing football to keep your eyes interested.
