Fishmarket

A fresh approach to seafood

Fishmarket
Fishmarket

Living in A waterfront city, we can enjoy fresh, seasonal seafood throughout the year. Every day a fresh catch makes its way to our shores offering us great choice but while we like salmon, cod and prawns, sometimes seafood options on menus lack imagination and we long for something different.

Enter Fishmarket, which is definitely different. It’s set up like, well, a fish market, with all the seafood displayed on ice. You can select exactly what you want to eat and decide how you want it cooked. Choose the accompanying vegetables, sauces and seasoning then sit back and let the chefs prepare it and serve it to your table.

It’s a different approach and one we think helps build a connection and appreciation to the food on your plate.

The king crab legs, cooked in butter, are wonderfully succulent and the fried soft shell crab goes down a treat, too. The mussels arrive bubbling in a simple lemon sauce and are quickly demolished.

We select a beautiful looking red snapper and it’s filleted and fried before arriving at our table with wonderfully crispy skin.

We’re amazed by everything. Why can’t everywhere be as good as Fishmarket?
