Origins is a bright and modern venue with cracking views over the Yas Marina Circuit. The varied menu has something for everyone, with baby clams or green lip mussels poached in court bouillon for seafood fans, a carving station serving roasted rib eye steak for the carnivores and spinach fatayer a must for vegetarians. Although the environs can seem a touch sterile, the jovial staff manage to inject some atmosphere, especially during Friday brunch. The superb selection of salads are probably what makes Origins worth a return visit, though.
