Pinsanity

A casual and affordable pizza place delivering in Abu Dhabi

Pinsanity

Pizza will never not be popular.

In fact, it’s alleged that Americans eat 350 slices of the stuff every second. That’s a whole lot of pizza.

Pinsanity however will point out that they don’t actually make pizza, it’s pinsa, but other than the food being slightly more oblong and slices less triangular you’d be hard pushed to make the case that it isn’t pizza. So from here we’ll be saying pizza.

Arguments to the side, hot bread with sauce, cheese and toppings is delicious and we can all agree on that. Just don’t mention pineapples.

Hungry for some pizza we order a few to try at home from the new venue on Reem Island using its own app.

On the menu for a midweek treat was a three cheese, bresaola and one chicken tikka.

The three-cheese maybe has a little too much cheese (shocking we know). We love the punch of gorgonzola but it’s all a little dense and once cooled the soldified cheese is less appealing.

The bresaola version is a real treat with peppery rocket and creamy mozzarella accompanying the thinly sliced beef.

Top of the class is the chicken tikka, topped with spicy jalapeños, sweet peppers, caramelised onion and succulent chicken pieces.

Whatever it is called, it’s good.
