Amble through to Sorso and you’ll be pleased to find that the Ritz-Carlton’s glamorous decor doesn’t stop at the lobby. This bar is kitted out in a dark red, black and brown colour scheme that is understated and classy. It’s a spacious venue with a collection of comfortable sofas and chairs, and the service is as impeccable as you would expect. There are only nine different plates on the menu, and all are small finger food dishes to share, but each one is delicious. It’s all high-end tastes as well, with coconut coriander fried shrimp, mini black angus sliders, tandoori lamb chops and empanadas making an appearance. Every mouthful is delicious, especially when washed down with one of the bar’s legendary mixed beverages.
