With its vast lush green lawns, this wooden venue is a great destination for families. There’s plenty of open space for kids to scamper around and explore safely, while the palm trees and water features create a calming and relaxed vibe – great if you want somewhere to go and unwind. The food, which comes either from the à la carte menu or the onsite barbecue, can be a bit hit and miss, with dishes such as the prawns arriving overcooked, but some of the Asian dishes do work out better. The menu itself is fairly limited but contains burgers and other bar food dishes you’d expect. It’s a popular spot for locals to come and play backgammon with shisha, while the food isn’t strong enough to justify the prices, we think it’s the venue itself that’s the main draw here.
