For arguably the best gelato in town, get yourself over to Vasa Vasa. The gelato is made with natural flavourings and not with powders like at other restaurants. It is also frozen as slowly as possible to increase the flavour. We recommend the piadinas and tomino all piastra, or Romagna flatbread and oozing cheese ball when choosing from the delicious savoury menu.
