Abu Dhabi Eid al-Adha deals on staycations, attractions and more

Celebrate the holiday in style

Eid al-Adha is almost here and as the UAE celebrates the holiday there are lots of great offers for residents.

A public holiday has been announced between July 30 and August 2.

Employees in the public and private sectors will return to work on Monday August 3.

Here are all the offers to check out in Abu Dhabi this holiday.

Emirates Palace

Emirates Palace is offering a great deal for residents over the holiday. Book in for a stay and you can enjoy breakfast at Le Vendome Brasserie and a 15 percent discount on all dining at the venue. Plus, guests can also enjoy early check-in ad late check-out as well as access to the resort’s beach and pool facilities. Rates start from Dhs945 for stays between July 29 and August 2.

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Head to Saadiyat Island and check in to the all-inclusive hotel and you can take advantage of a great deal on room rates. Across Eid al-Adha you can get a 20 percent discount on room rates and 20 percent off in-room dining when booking direct with the hotel. All you have to do is book in for a two night stay and kick back and relax all the food and drinks you could want, hit the beach and enjoy the holiday.

Rosewood Abu Dhabi

If you go to Sambusek at Rosewood Abu Dhabi you can tuck into Lebanese dishes for Eid al-Adha. A special seasonal menu is offering a range of Lebanese favourites and Arabic specialities along with drinks for Dhs260 per person. If you want to make a weekend of it, the hotel has launched the Suite Sojourn package offering a 30 percent discount on room rates and a Family Time package, which includes breakfast and credit of Dhs184 per night.  The choice is yours.

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi

Book in for a stay and you can enjoy a getaway, breakfast and lunch or dinner at The Terrace on The Corniche as well as access to the Nation Riviera Beach Club. Stays start from Dhs725 and are valid between July 30 and August 2.

Yas Island theme parks

Three of Abu Dhabi’s most popular attractions will reopen just in time for Eid al-Adha on July 29. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi and CLYMB Abu Dhabi will all reopen before Eid al-Adha, with Ferrari World Abu Dhabi allowing annual passholders in a day early, on July 28, if booked online in advance. All three will have strict health and safety guidelines in place. All bookings must be made online, only 30 percent capacity is allowed, thermal screening will be done on entry and social distancing will be in place. Ride capacity will also be reduced, and the food and shopping options will be modified. Experiences that involve big crowds and character meet and greets will not return yet. Everyone who wants to visit is advised to download the app for each park so the entry can be contactless. It sounds like fun to us.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi will be open daily from 11am to 8pm and CLYMB will be open daily from 11am to 9pm.

Dining deals

Cipriani

A special Eid al-Adha menu is available for dining at Ciprani Yas Island over the holiday. Take a trip to Yas Island and you can enjoy host of dishes created especially for the season. Dishes available to try include octopus with pink peppercorn, veal cannelloni, herb crusted rack of lamb and more. Bookings are essential and dishes can be served as individual portions or family style to share.

Flavours

There’s a brunch at this Sheraton restaurant, focusing on Middle eastern dishes, served sharing-style. There are also live stations and grills.

Hakkasan

Fancy a feast? Head to Hakkasan at Emirates Palace and can you can tuck into a seasonal menu of Chinese delicacies. Available between July 29 and August 1, you can enjoy dishes including a dim sum platter, Peking duck, stir-fry black pepper rib-eye beef and more. So if you fancy a fine dining experience for Eid al-Adha then you can book in for a table of four at the restaurant over the holiday.
