Eat the special National Day burger at Sola Restaurant & Café

Free Yoga at the Galleria Al Maryah Island

Do you love yoga? Are you after an outdoor spot to work on your downward dog and warrior poses? The Galleria Al Maryah Island is hosting a series of free outdoor yoga classes. From November 13, The Galleria is giving yogis the chance to work on their yoga practice at complimentary sessions led by professional instructors happening multiple times a week. The yoga sessions take place at Sky Park on Level Four on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8.30am to 9.30am.

Join the festivities at Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival

The Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival is back with tonnes of cool things to do. There you’ll be able to experience Emirati heritage and culture through arts, crafts, food, customs and more. The festival will run from Thursday November 18 to April 1, 2022 at Al Wathbah, a suburban neighbourhood of Abu Dhabi near Bani Yas.

See King Richard in UAE Cinemas

Going to the movies this week? King Richard (starring Will Smith as the titular character) is a film that follows the life of Richard Williams – Serena and Venus Williams’ father. UDN is Abu Dhabi’s first house of udon, and it has captured our hearts ever since it arrived on the Abu Dhabi foodie scene. If your stomach is already growling, udon worry. The food is on the way.
