E-scooters are all the rage at the moment, and the eco-friendly transport can now be found in Abu Dhabi.
As we announced last week, following a change to the rules concerning e-scooters, a new company Circ has set up shop, offering residents the opportunity to rent an electronic scooter to scoot along the Corniche.
Operated through a free-to-download app, Circ e-scooters are available in a number of locations including Al Maryah Island and Reem Island.
The good news is, if you want to try them out, you can make some great savings in the process.
The scooters go at 20kph as a maximum speed and normally cost Dhs3 to unlock, then Dhs1 for every minute you use it.
Encouraging you to give it a go, Circ is offering residents the chance to enjoy their first ride completely free by registering as a new user on the mobile app.
All you have to do is use the voucher code ‘wecirc’ when unlocking a scooter to avail the offer and enjoy a fifteen minute session completely free of charge.
What’s more, if you take two rides in a week you can get your third ride for free until August 31.
