Bahrain added to green list for travel to Abu Dhabi

Travellers from Bahrain will not need to quarantine for ten days on arrival

Abu Dhabi has added more countries to its ‘green list’ for safe travel into the emirate.

Bahrain has been added to the list of countries on the emirates green list, taking the total number of countries on the list to 18.

Travellers arriving from any of the countries on the green list do not need to quarantine on arrival in the UAE capital.

Passengers arriving from all other countries not included on the list must quarantine for ten days.

As of Sunday January 17, the full list of green list countries are:

• Bahrain
• Brunei
• China
• Hong Kong (SAR)
• Isle of Man
• Kuwait
• Macao (SAR)
• Mauritius
• Mongolia
• New Caledonia
• New Zealand
• Oman
• Qatar
• Sao Tome and Principe
• Saudi Arabia
• St. Kitts and Nevis
• Taipei
• Thailand
