There’s a new summer flick coming to UAE Cinemas and it looks like a romp. Bullet Train stars Brad Pitt, Sandra Bullock, Joey King and Aaron Taylor-Johnson and releases on Thursday August 4. Brad Pitt plays Ladybug, an unlucky assassin whose mission puts him on a collision course with adversaries from around the globe on the world’s fastest train. The film is directed by David Leitch and takes you through Japan. This is one of the best things to do in Abu Dhabi in August.

Watch a drone show at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
Every Saturday and Sunday, starting at 7.30pm, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi fans can watch turbocharged drones as they create colourful patterns and images over the iconic Ferrari red roof at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. It’s the first-ever Ferrari World drone show and it is running until Sunday September 4.

Take the kids to the new National Aquarium kids’ zone
Looking to keep the kiddos entertained this August 2022? The National Aquarium kids’ zone (Bella and Rio’s Playground) is named after the aquarium’s beloved Hyacinth Macaws. The playground can be found in the Flooded Forest area of the aquarium and is free to explore with your entry ticket.

Garden of Cove pool party at Cove Beach
Ready for a late-night splash? Garden of Cove is one of the best things to do in Abu Dhabi in August. The high-energy party gets you access to the pool from 8pm until late.
