Join a dining experience with a Michelin-starred chef at Rangoli next week

Catch the exclusive chef’s table with Jitin Joshi on Yas Island ahead of the IIFA

Looking for a brilliant foodie event in Abu Dhabi? Catch Michelin-starred chef Jitin Joshi at Rangoli restaurant next week where he’ll he serving up a a five-course menu of modern Indian cuisine.

Jitin Joshi will be teaming up with Rangoli head chef Sadab Qureshi for a series of exclusive chef’s tables that sound drool-worthy from Monday May 16 to Saturday May 21 from 6pm. That’s not all. A reinvented menu mastering North and South Indian cuisine with a surprising twist will be unveiled at Rangoli immediately after the event. Anyone else getting hungry?

The Jitin Joshi at Rangoli menu includes signature dishes such as crab shorba cooked with curry leaf and coconut milk; machi tawa masala with a whole sea bass; slow-roasted lamb leg and lobster masala. The meal ends with sweets such as moong dal halwa and gulab jamun kunafa. The chef’s dining experience costs Dhs249 per person.

Chef Jitin Joshi at Rangoli

Jitin Joshi has led some of the most prestigious kitchens. He served as executive chef of Benares in London, where he led the team to win a Michelin star. He was awarded “best ethnic chef” by Craft Guild UK and has served under leading hospitality names in the UAE, including a showcase at Expo 2020 Dubai.

The Jitin Joshi at Rangoli event will be followed by the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) weekend and awards from Friday May 20 to Saturday May 21. The event will be hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
