Hungry for a sizzling steak in Abu Dhabi? If you’re after a meaty new spot in the capital, Coal Steakhouse is open now at the trendy Sheikha Fatima Park area. Talk about a fiery summer opening.
The new steakhouse in Abu Dhabi serves premium cuts, plus, surf and turf options (hello, carnivores). Coal Steakhouse is located next to Sola and Seven Dawgs as well as other new openings, so be sure to have a jaunt around the park after dinner.
Aside from the mountain of steaks the menu also has grilled chicken, proper loaded burgers, sushi and sashimi. We’ve got our eyes locked on the crispy wagyu beef tartare sushi.

Coal Steakhouse Abu Dhabi officially opened its doors on Friday June 10, but the eatery has previously popped up at the Miami Vibes Food Festival, where it served hotdogs, burgers, loaded fries and more.
If you’re after new restaurants in the capital we’ve got you covered with this all the top new restaurants. One of the most recent openings is Oii, which opened earlier in Al Qana.
Oii is all about Mediterranean dishes such as Portuguese rabanadas, classic pasteis de nata, Italy’s paccheri pasta and beef cheek Milanese, Greek honey thyme saganaki, as well as Spanish tapas.
Want more meaty options? Maté opened in May at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi. It is focused on open-fire brick grill cooking combined with Argentinian and Lebanese flavours. Diners can take a seat at the counter and enjoy dinner and a show.
