Louvre Abu Dhabi residences and hotels announced

The major development on Saadiyat will also have leisure spaces

There is a new mega-project coming to Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island with unparalleled views of one of our favourite landmarks. Louvre Abu Dhabi residences by Aldar is bringing posh apartments, along with new hotels, entertainment and leisure spaces, and a series of coworking spaces to Saadiyat Grove. Phew.

The massive Saadiyat development will bring two new hotels to Abu Dhabi. Additionally, visitors and locals will be able to enjoy leisure spaces that promise to bring exciting brands to the capital. Keep your eyes glued on this space for every update.

Daydreaming about your next apartment in Abu Dhabi? Louvre Abu Dhabi residences are set to drop in 2025 with views of the famous dome. There will be more than 400 apartments including studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and five penthouses.

There will also be a residents-only lounge called La Salon Detente with a wellness centre, gym, sauna, yoga and meditation space, swimming pools and children’s playroom. The Louvre Abu Dhabi residences interiors will be inspired by the artwork and architecture of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Sounds lush, no?

2025 sounds like a good time to be on Saadiyat Island, especially since the long-awaited Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is set to complete construction that year, too.

Set to be part of a thriving community of cultural institutions in Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is the latest installment in the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation’s international constellation of museums.

Guggenheim Abu Dhabi will be a huge institution in the region for global modern and contemporary art and programming. Together with the Louvre Abu Dhabi, The Arts Center at NYU Abu Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat and the Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi will be one of the centre pieces of the UAE’s arts and culture scene.

Sounds like Saadiyat Island is the place to be in 2025.
