Restaurant and boutique shopping spot The Lighthouse opens at Yas Bay Waterfront

The Lighthouse Restaurant is open now at Yas Bay Waterfront in Abu Dhabi, and this cool- concept is so much more than a restaurant.

Looking for an artsy new spot to have a meal, sip your coffee, or go for drinks with friends? The Lighthouse is a versatile space that originally hails from the uber-cool Dubai Design District. It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it doubles as a boutique shopping spot with cool items to buy.

Yas Bay Waterfront is the first licensed location with indoor and terrace seating overlooking the marina for 145. It also features a bakery and retail store, a library bar with grape, hops and mixed drinks, and a ten-seater reservations-only chef’s table.

Wondering what’s on the menu? There are exclusive Yas Bay Waterfront dishes, such as crudo seafood, bone marrow bordelaise, escargots, spaghetti alle vongole, and lobster and caviar pizza – in addition to its core menu of Mediterranean soul food classics. Daily baked artisan bread and pastries from the in-house bakery include gluten-free and vegan options.

Love brunch? There will also be a weekly Saturday brunch, featuring a set menu of signature dishes served to the table, plus drinks packages and a live DJ.

The Lighthouse Restaurant gets its visual identity from Dubai-based T.Zed Architects, with regional artworks and sculptures. The retail store sells a curated selection of gifting items.
