This week, bargain hunters are in luck this week, as the Carrefour Mid-Year Sale is running until Sunday June 26.
With up to 60 percent off a bevvy of items, savvy-shoppers need to head to the Carrefour website or app to access the sales, as the savings will only be available online.
Savings won’t be limited to just groceries. Shoppers will be able to save big across a number of categories. Carrefour’s sale extravaganza will cover electronics, home appliances and personal care items.

Wondering what’s new in Carrefour stores? In line with becoming a more sustainable society, shoppers across the UAE will be charged a minimum of 25 fils for single-use shopping bags.
Carrefour is offering shoppers a more sustainable and environmentally friendly option for packing their groceries away. Shoppers can get their hands on specially designed, eco-friendly, starch shopping bags in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and these re-usable options.
The starch bags are said to take less than six months to fully decompose, which is far less than what plastic takes several hundred years to decompose.
