If you’re looking for cool things to do for Eid Al-Fitr in Abu Dhabi, you can enjoy the Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi summer menu from Tuesday May 3. It is created by Michelin-star chef Pierre Gagnaire: the culinary master behind the original Fouquet’s. This summer menu is all about classic French cuisine, which sounds like the perfect way to spend the hotter months.
Fouquet’s originally hails from Paris on the corner of the iconic Champs-Elysées Avenue, but it has also found a home at Louvre Abu Dhabi. This spot is all about the elegance of French culture and cooking – ready to feel glamorous this summer?

The Fouquet’s summer menu features a collection of light appetisers, followed by a series of mains and playful desserts. You can start with a blue lobster salad, pea soup with strawberry sorbet and squid with chili, fennel salad and parmesan cheese, crab with avocado, smoked fish with cucumber salad and more.
Next up, main course options include gambas prawns with orange marmalade and butter sauce, sharing-style chateaubriand for two with béarnaise sauce and duck breast drizzled with bigarade sauce, poached beans, soft apricots and dried figs. Is anyone else getting hungry?
It wouldn’t be a truly French dining experience without a platter of handcrafted French cheese served with chutney and biscuits after your meal. Have a sweet tooth? You can also go for one of executive pastry chef Hugo Sipp’s sweet creations. There are French pastries, apple tart, vanilla parfait with caramelised pear and more to choose from.
