For one night only, the Otoro 4 Hands Dinner is happening at the new Al Qana restaurant on Thursday June 30.
Otoro‘s chef Akmal Anuar is teaming up with chef Khaled Alsaadi from Fa’e Café in Abu Dhabi for the Otoro 4 Hands Dinner (get it?). Those talented four hands are going to be whipping up a six-course tasting menu that you can try to fit in your one stomach (come hungry). As mentioned, the dining event is happening on Thursday June 30 with two seatings available, and it costs Dhs450 per person.
If you haven’t tried Otoro’s modern Japanese cuisine yet or the fusion flavours at Fa’e, this foodie event could be the perfect excuse to try both. The Otoro 4 Hands Dinner menu features Otoro’s signature sushi platter and snapper yakimono (grilled fish fillet served with baby okra, caviar and yuzu cream). There’s also Meating in Abu Dhabi on the menu. The aptly named dish is a meaty (of course) angus tenderloin served with parsnip purée, toasted rice and red curry, and it showcases the culinary skills of chef Akmal and chef Khaled.
